All of our trips require that you wear a face mask. Because of existing Peruvian government restrictions, this is the case. In addition, all members of our tour agency must wear face masks and are examined on a regular basis.
During the tour, please maintain a social distance and wait for directions from members of our team.
All of our trips include the use of hand sanitizer gel. Before beginning any trip, you must sanitize your hands.
During the journey, do not share food, utensils, or personal goods with others. Windows are opened whenever possible.
We continue to operate on a one-way system on our vessels; please follow the arrows on the deck and keep as much social distance as possible, especially while seated. Please exit the boat as soon as possible.
While our employees should be able to assist anyone who appears to be sliding or falling in order to avoid injury, we are unable to provide our standard level of support and hence cannot assist with baggage, pushchairs, or other goods.
To reduce touch during transactions, we respectfully suggest that all passengers book online or via contactless payment whenever possible. When paying with cash, please make sure you have the exact change.
Prior to the commencement of each day’s program and at the end of each day, all of our containers are thoroughly cleaned. During the day, high-traffic areas will be cleaned as well.
