Finally, you receive 24/7 on-trip support to ensure a seamless, stress-free logistics from start to finish.
Your journey begins with a private pick-up from your hotel in Cusco in a spacious, air-conditioned vehicle carefully selected to provide extra comfort and floor space for your certified service or emotional support animal.
Our first stop is Chinchero, a picturesque Andean village known for its living textile traditions and colonial church built over Inca foundations. Here, you will visit a traditional weaving center where local artisans demonstrate ancestral techniques using natural dyes and alpaca wool. The visit is relaxed and unhurried, allowing shaded rest areas for your service companion.
We then continue to Moray, an extraordinary archaeological site featuring circular agricultural terraces believed to have functioned as an Inca agricultural laboratory. Surrounded by dramatic mountain landscapes, this site offers a fascinating insight into Inca engineering and innovation.
Next, we visit the breathtaking Maras Salt Mines, where thousands of white salt pools cascade down the mountainside. This centuries-old salt extraction system remains active today and provides one of the most visually stunning panoramas in the Sacred Valley.
Our final Sacred Valley stop is Ollantaytambo, known as the “Living Inca City.” You will explore its impressive stone terraces, ceremonial areas, and original Inca streets that are still inhabited. Strategic breaks are scheduled throughout the day to ensure your service animal remains comfortable, hydrated, and relaxed.
In the afternoon, we transfer to the train station. All required pre-registration with PeruRail or Inca Rail is handled in advance to secure authorization for your service or emotional support animal.
Enjoy a scenic train journey through the Andes to Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes), where you will check into a carefully selected, service-dog–friendly hotel for the night.
After breakfast at your hotel, we escort you to the shuttle bus station for the ascent to Machu Picchu. Boarding logistics are carefully coordinated to ensure a smooth and organized experience.
Upon arrival at the sanctuary, you will enjoy a private guided visit to Machu Picchu. Your experience will follow the official circuit assigned at the time of booking, allowing you to explore panoramic viewpoints, ceremonial areas, and architectural sectors included in your entrance ticket category.
Your expert guide will adapt the pace to your comfort level and prioritize less crowded sections whenever possible. Scheduled pauses are incorporated to safeguard the well-being of your service companion while allowing time for photography and quiet appreciation of the surrounding cloud forest and majestic Andean scenery.
After the guided visit, we descend to Machu Picchu Pueblo and board the train back to the Sacred Valley. Upon arrival, private transportation will be waiting to transfer you comfortably to your hotel in Cusco, concluding your exclusive two-day experience.
